A "credit" is one SMS segment. Plain English packs more per segment than Hindi or emoji — and we bill exactly that, never more.

How is GST charged on the ₹0.30 rate? +

₹0.30 per SMS is exclusive of GST — 18% GST is added on top (₹0.354 all-in). Every top-up generates a proper GST tax invoice with the taxable value and CGST + SGST (or IGST for inter-state supply) shown separately.

How do I get a tax invoice? +

Invoices are generated automatically for every order and are downloadable from the portal as a GST-compliant tax invoice (with SAC 998414, place of supply and your GSTIN once you add your billing details).

Do unused credits expire? +

Credits stay in your wallet until you use them. Consumed credits are non-refundable, but anything unused remains available.

Can I get better rates at high volume? +

Absolutely. Talk to our team about volume and enterprise pricing — rates improve as your monthly volume grows.

Which languages are supported? +

All of them. Send in English, Hindi or any Indian regional script — we detect the encoding automatically and bill by real segment count.
